Files project missing

Question

​My entire Allure project, which I've been working on for two years, suddenly disappeared... It's neither in the drafts section nor in the trash section...I see on the forum that this figma error is common and I'm not the only one facing this problem... I messaged ​@Celine_, who is a kind of figma support as far as I understand, and she gave me a link where I can send my request for help, but no one is really helping... they keep telling me to check the trash section and stuff like that.. Can someone help please?
