Unable to View Client File (outside their organization)

My client has sent me an invitation several times to view and edit a file. I keep getting a notification that ‘I’m outside their organization and need to request access’. When I click on the ‘Request Access’ button it says my request is still pending. However they don’t see any request in Figma on their end.

Hey ​@Lisa_McCaffrey - just to check: do you know if the individual client you’re working with the owner of the team that the file lives in?

If they are not the owner or an admin of that team, this may be why they aren’t seeing the request. If that is the case, please have them check in with the admin of that team, so they can have them review and approve.

This request goes to admins, because there can be additional costs added to their organization -- this helps them make sure they know who has seats in their organization for auditing purposes..
