Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally request a comprehensive review of a billing and access issue related to my Figma subscription.I was charged a total of USD 36.00, which includes prorated adjustments during the billing period from Nov 19 to Dec 19, 2025, related to a seat change between Professional Dev and Professional Full.I would like to clarify several key concerns: My Professional Dev seat was already charged USD 15.00 on Nov 19. Since the price difference between a Professional Dev seat (USD 15) and a Professional Full seat (USD 20) is only USD 5, I reasonably expected any mid-cycle upgrade charge to reflect only this difference on a prorated basis. However, the invoice shows that I was charged nearly USD 16 for the adjustment period, which is significantly higher than the actual plan difference and was not clearly communicated at the time of the change. I did not clearly intend or authorize a mid-cycle upgrade to a Professional Full seat, nor did I actively use

Hello Figma Support, This request is regarding Invoice W8MWRNZB-0002 for $23.60 USD dated 17 December. I had purchased a Professional plan on 18 November and cancelled it on 26 November. On December 17, I accidentally added another account as a paid seat, but removed it immediately once I noticed the mistake. Despite this, a prorated charge for a Professional Full seat (Nov 17 – Dec 17) was generated and charged, even though the seat was not used and was removed right away. I did not receive any Professional service for this period. I kindly request a refund for this accidental prorated charge. Thank you for your help.
Hi Figma team,I’m reaching out because I’ve been stuck with a student verification issue for over a month. I’ve contacted SheerID several times, but unfortunately the replies haven’t resolved the problem. I’m still seeing “verification limit exceeded.”At this point, I can’t edit my files anymore, which has been really frustrating and is now affecting my school work and deadlines.I’ve tried to follow every step and have been patient throughout this process, but I’m still unable to move forward. I would truly appreciate help from the Figma team to reset or resolve this issue so I can regain access.Thank you for your time and support.

However, now I’m pretty sure what I experienced is a bug. I rewrote the problems below.---I have a component named "Popover Item". On that component I applied a hovered interaction. The layer structures in the component variants are already the same. After that, I inserted the instance of that component into another component named "Popover". Then, I inserted the instance of the Popover component into a "Navigation" component.The prototype runs normally and as expected when I use the instance of the Navigation component on the "Homepage" page. The hovered interaction also works as I imagined. Even when I convert the Homepage page into a component, the interaction from Navigation still runs normally.The problem arises when I create a prototype from the instance of that Homepage component. Hi Figma Community, I’m reaching out for advice as I’m facing a billing sync issue and haven’t yet received a response from support. I was on a grace period for the Professional plan. I completed the payment more than 8 hours ago and have the paid invoice as proof. However, my account is still showing that the plan will end shortly (currently less than 30 minutes remaining). Hi ! If you can help it’s wonderful ?I’ve been trying to connect a repository with Figma Make but each time on the figma website i have the same message popping “Could not create repository” in red on the bottom. I tried doing it on chrome and Safari, both failed. Do you have any ideas ?
I’m building my design portfolio using Figma Sites.When I try to publish, I keep getting an error saying that some images are missing alt tags.All of my images are nested inside components, and I’ve added descriptions to them in Figma Design. However, those descriptions don’t seem to be carrying over as image alt text in Sites.Is there a quick way to resolve this within Figma Design, or do I need to manually add alt tags to every image directly in Figma Sites?There are a lot of icons and images across the pages, so doing this manually would be very time-consuming. Any tips on how to fix this or speed up the process would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

People should not have edit access to my Figma Make file just because I gave them edit access to the folder it's in. They need edit access to the folder so they can make their own Figma Make files. But I don’t want them editing MY Figma Make file! Not only that, it’s a template. Only I should be editing it.

My Education Plan was not reopened even though i received a verification message, and now I get the “Verification limit exceeded” message, but have not been granted access yet. I'm a few days from finishing my education, and I will then lose access to my student mail instantly. I had access for my first semester, but have yet to get access for semester 2. I need access to my files ASAP to be able to move my files before it's too late. Please help! 😭

Figma Makeでプロンプトを入力する左サイドエリアの幅をドラッグ調整したとき、自分の入力したコメントはエリアの幅によって折り返し表示されて全文が読めるのに、AIの返答に対しては表示幅が調整されず折り返されないので、エリアの幅をドラッグして広げないと、はみ出している部分が読めない。これは作業において非常に不便で手間になってしまい、スピードが落ちます。改善していただきたいです。

I have encounter 2 problems that frustrates me when using Figma slides.Background: I made a template for me and my team to use, and have set up a footer as locked graphics, and included a page number count text box within the locked graphics.1. Sometimes when we come back to the slides after a while or even while editing, 1-2 page’s element will be moved around/ missed align to original design. We will have to manually re-organise them again.2. When duplicating pages or moving a page around, the page number count does not update. We currently can only add in a new slide and copy the old page’s element into the new slide. Is there any solution or is it the current limit of Figma slides? Should we just stay using Design file for presentation.Thank you.

If there’s a prior/partial verification under another email, please advise on re-association.
