I’m experiencing an issue where certain elements in my Figma file are not loading or displaying correctly in the Figma desktop application, but they do appear correctly when viewing the same file in the browser version of Figma.Specifically: Some images and visual elements are missing or not rendering in the desktop app The same file loads fully and correctly in the web (browser) version The issue appears to be isolated to the desktop application, not the file itself This is causing inconsistencies when working locally, as designs look different depending on which version of Figma is used.Steps Taken / Observations: Confirmed the issue occurs only in the desktop app Verified that the browser version displays all elements correctly The file and assets themselves are intact and accessible online
Using my work account I would like to leave a comment on a plugin. However, I do not care to have my full first and last name displayed on the internet. I’ve changed my work name previously but it always gets changed back by my company. Can I have a nickname that will only show up for the public facing interface and not my company interface. I had to create a new personal account just so my full first and last name would not display when adding comments on plugins.

I just updated to Figma Desktop App version 125.6.5 (MacOS) and I'm running into an issue.If I open the variables window (from left pane, it goes into fullscreen, then minimize so it’s a floating window), then try to paste anything into the workspace, paste doesn’t work. If I close the variables window, paste then works.This is the same whether I’m copying a hex value from a variable field and trying to paste it into the workspace or copying from another app, paste only comes back as an option when variables are closed.Oddly, “paste over selection” and “paste to replace” when text is selected both work.
I’m at my wits end with this one. I am constantly publishing a good portion of my design system despite not doing any changes to my core components.I have gone through my file to make sure there were no other conflicts or pulling variables/tokens/styles from other files. Sometimes I’ll make a change to a component that is NOT connected to any other component and Figma still gives me a huge list of components that have apparently been updated and need to be republished. Please help!
I'm making an application that requires user authentication by OAuth to perform certain actions, and well to avoid the problem of the user having to repeat the OAuth multiple times, I can use the Refresh Token, but reading I saw that they combined the use of the same endpoint that returns the code in the OAuth flow with that of the Refresh TokenBut there's a problem, it redirects me here:https://developers.figma.com/docs/rest-api/authentication/#refresh-oauth-tokenAnd this page only covers the OAuth flow. There are no examples or explanations of how to use the same endpoint for this flow to use the Refresh Token and get a new one. By the way, the page doesn't even mention the refresh token's validity period. The only thing they mention at the end of the document is that the access token lasts 24 hours. It's confusing because I don't know if it's just the one generated manually on the page or both (it would be good to clarify that). I'd like to know if there's any official documentatio

Currently Copy/Paste Properties doesn't seem to work at all. I have 2 simple rectangles with different fill colors and strokes. I copy one, then paste properties on the other. Nothing at all happens.This is in the standalone app on Windows.

After my business email was changed as a result, I no longer have access to the mcp server and am encountering authentication issues. Seems like Figma doesn’t recognize the change and doesn’t treat me as same user. mcp worked before.

I’m the developer of the “Figma Converter for Unity” tool.I was sending Tier 1 requests to the REST API and received a ~4-day timeout before the next API request on my free plan.After that, I purchased a Pro dev seat subscription, but the timeout didn’t disappear and is still 4 days.I believe that after purchasing the Pro subscription, the API limits should have been reset.Right now, both I and my clients are facing the issue that even after purchasing the Pro subscription, it’s impossible to immediately restore our workflow.Please look into this problem.
My login works fine on desktop.When I try to mirror on ipad I am asked to login on the figma app on iPad (running ios 26). Entering the same login info I just get the login screen again - and again - and again.. I would like to check my design by mirroring it onto my ipad. How can I do this?
