I’m reaching out because I’m having an issue with my Config registration. I had previously registered for the online version, as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to attend in person at the time.
Now that my plans have changed and I will be attending in person, I tried to update my registration. However, when I go to the page to select the attendance modality, it automatically redirects me to the success page, and I’m unable to make any changes.
Could you please help me update my registration from online to in-person, or advise me on how to resolve this issue?
