Paid for Figma Professional plan but lost access to team and files (urgent help needed)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my Figma Professional plan and it’s currently blocking my work.

I had purchased a Professional plan for a team named “Product Design-1 2025”. It was working fine earlier, and I was able to access the team and all related files. Recently, I renewed the subscription as well.

However, now I’m unable to see that team in my workspace at all. I can only see my default free team, and all the files/projects that were inside the paid team are also not visible anymore.

I’m logged in with the same email on which I received the payment receipt, so I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve already raised a support request through Figma, but haven’t received a response yet.

This is quite urgent for me as I’m unable to access my work and also can’t use the paid features.

Has anyone faced something similar or knows what might be causing this? Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

I can see your current account is on the Starter plan, so the team will need to take a closer look at what happened with the Professional team and the renewal on their end.

I’ve flagged your ticket (#1848131) internally so it’s on their radar to prioritise. They’ll be able to check whether the team is tied to a different account, or what might have happened with the subscription and access.
