Cancel Figma Config Ticket

Hi,

I need a cancellation and refund of my Figma Config 2026 ticket. I have raised multiple tickets and haven’t got any response. It’s already been 10 days. This process shouldn’t be this hard.
Latest case number 1838270. Please help.

For anyone else with a similar question, you can cancel your ticket for a refund up until May 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT. Please reach out to us directly via our Support Hub > click ‘Start a chat’ > type ‘Cancel Config ticket’.
