Inquiry regarding Team Ownership transfer and Professional Plan application

Hello, I recently upgraded my new account to the Professional Plan. I am trying to transfer the ownership of an existing project from my previous account to this new upgraded account to utilize the unlimited pages feature.

However, I am encountering a message stating that I need to "request the administrator" to proceed. Since I am the one who upgraded the account, I would like to resolve this permission issue so I can manage the project as an Owner. Could you please guide me on how to successfully transfer the ownership and enable the Professional Plan features for this project?

It’s no problem at all to explain how to do this - we actually have a help article that goes over the process of transferring a project to a different account.

 

Do you still have access to your old account, and in which account did you see the message about asking the administrator? If you aren’t the administrator of the new account, you might need to ask the person who is to get the destination URL for you. They’ll also need to watch for an email to accept the transfer once you request that from the old account.
