I am reaching out because a critical file has suddenly been made unavailable. I am not the owner but the file was shared with me and I was able to edit it up until yesterday. It does not appear in my trash or the trash of the file’s owner. Can you please assist?

Appreciate you checking the trash folder already - could you also take a quick look in your Drafts in case the file was moved there?
I was also able to locate your support ticket (#1849751), and I’ve gone ahead and escalated it with the team so they can take a closer look. When you get a moment, please reply to the ticket and share the file link as that will really help with the investigation.

I looked in Drafts and Trash, and do not see the file in either location. Hopefully, it can be recovered!
