Report a Problem

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue with Figma API rate limits that is currently blocking my work. I’m using a Professional plan. I was working with a third-party integration (Useberry) to sync a prototype. However, the sync was not working from the beginning — the prototype wouldn’t sync at all. After several retry attempts, I received a Figma API rate limit error with a cooldown of over 30 hours. Later, the issue repeated, and now I’m facing another cooldown of around 100 hours, which is still ongoing. The key issue is that:- the sync was already failing before any rate limit was triggered  - repeated cooldowns are now preventing any further work  - I’m unable to proceed with launching a time-sensitive research study   Could you please help clarify:- why the sync might have been failing initially  - why such long cooldowns are being applied  - whether it’s possible to lift or reset the current API rate limit  - how to safely use integrations like Useberry without trig

We submitted our Figma plugin "Mokko" for marketplace review on March 19, 2026.As of today (April 2), it has been over 10 business days. The plugin still shows "In review" status. We have not received any email, rejection, or request for additional information at the account email. We also opened support case #1826150.Mokko is an AI copilot that generates native Figma designs using a team's design system components. If the review team needs test credentials, a demo, or any additional context, we are happy to provide immediately.Any visibility into the status or next steps would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Pavlo SavelenkoCo-founder, Mokko.ai

Hi everyone,I am trying to publish a new version of my plugin, but I am blocked by the following error message: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."I recently updated my account security settings (password / 2FA), which seems to have triggered this automatic restriction. I have already sent an email to support, but I wanted to open a topic here as well to get a review started, as I've seen similar issues resolved by the Community Support team here.Could someone from the Figma team please help me verify my account and remove this restriction so I can continue publishing? Thank you!

Can you pls help me with this error I am getting with fonts and figma? I need to update a file from Smartcat with the translation ASAP and it seems like I have the fonts? Even downloading the installer fonts is not resolving this issue. I've emailed support twice already and have not heard back.

I routinely run into this basic issue:I create a component with text (string param) and icon (instance swap param) I add a variant to the component I change the text and/or icon I create an interaction, when you click on variant A it changes to variant B In the prototype, variant A changes to variant B in all aspects EXCEPT for the params, the variant A text and/or icon persist in variant B

Hi, We were recently charged $1,790.60 (Invoice: DUUM7BSC-0002), and we believe this was due to multiple full seats being unintentionally added to our account. As soon as we noticed the issue, we immediately reviewed our team and removed the extra seat. Currently, we only have 1 full seats, which reflects our actual usage. The additional seats were not intentionally used, and this charge was unexpected. We have already contacted support, but we would appreciate any guidance or help from the community regarding this situation or similar experiences. Has anyone faced something similar? Were you able to get a refund or partial refund? Thank you

I submitted my Figma plugin Flow Rapid for review 3 weeks ago. Reviews usually take up to 2 weeks. Has anyone experienced delays like this? I haven’t received any emails from Figma — is there anything I can do?

Hi,Does anybody know what is going on with Figma Support?I tried to contact them both via chat and email, but no one is responding.

Hi,I just started a new study program and had to change the mail address of my Figma Account to the new university mail. I wanted to reapply for the Education Plan since Figma changed it to the free plan because I graduated. Now it is not possible to get the Ed Status again because apparently I reached a limit. I already contacted the SheerID support but the couldn't help me and said they saw a verification from last year but I think its still connected with my old mail. Is there any other solution?(I’m writing this from my other account because I had a registration here)

I’m reaching out regarding the review status of a plugin I submitted called Mailsupply. The plugin has been in review for more than 15 days now, and I wanted to ask whether this is still within the normal review timeframe or if there might be any issue with the submission.I have not received any update yet, so I would really appreciate it if you could let me know:• whether the plugin is still being reviewed• whether any action is needed from my side• and if possible, an estimated timeframe for when the review process might be completedThe plugin name is: MailsupplyThank you for your help.

Have set up variable tokens for fonts - style weight etc.Created font styles with these variables.Applied styles to the text frames. But when I change modes, the font doesn’t get updated or rendered correctly. For example one mode is poppins and another is roboto but there is no font family change being applied. Only the colours change. Not the font.

Hi Team,Its been 10+ days since i have submitted my plugin. Here’s plugin link: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1612756059828219731/figspecsCould you please assist with approval promptly

When I subscribed to Weavy.ai, before it was aquired by Figma, I was able to use an email/password instead of SSO.  Today I got signed out of that account and cannot access it because the email/password login is not an option anymore. I still have credits on that account!@Figma-Weave team, how can I access my account again?

Dear [Support/Sales Team], I’m writing to express my concern and frustration regarding the Organization Plan tied to my account. sent an email requesting to downgrade the plan and reduce the number of seats as we no longer needed them. However, despite that request, I just received a new invoice charging for all seats, including those we no longer use. I previously encountered unexpected charges for additional seats that were never intentionally added. There seems to be no clear way to cancel or manage the subscription directly from the dashboard, which makes the process even more frustrating.I would appreciate a prompt and clear resolution to this issue, including a review of the charges and confirmation that the plan will not be renewed again without my consent.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hope you’re well!I can’t login to my figma - because when I request for email verification in browser, the email doesn’t come to me in time. It takes 10 minutes for the email to reach me. The email associated with the account is different from this one (because I can’t login to Figma on the support website as well)Thanks again,Richard

The entire process is problematic and it automatically adds things without the ability to remove. THIS IS THE MOST :UNETHICAL PRACTICES I HAVE SEEN. FIGMA is run by crooks!

In Figjam, when I have a shape selected (like square) and change the color of that shape. I am always reset back to the circle shape. The selected shape should persist regardless of the color change. Super annoying

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a persistent issue when trying to use Gemini 3 Pro with Nano Banana in Figma AI.In about 90% of my attempts to generate or regenerate an image, I receive the message:“model currently overloaded, try again later.”This started roughly a week ago, and since then the model has become almost unusable for me — most requests fail with this error. Retrying multiple times usually doesn’t help. Other models work correctly, иut the result, of course, is not as good.

Figma make suddenly stopped working. Every time I try to give prompt, it shows error continuously showing ‘something went wrong’ in red showing some weird ID. I need to complete my task ASAP. I tried to reach the Figma support team by mailing at support, still no response!!

I created a figma sites page and I have created an accordion component with two states “collapsed” and “expanded”. The component has the interaction to change to the opposite on click. This works very well on normal figma prototype. Problem on figma sites:I added an instance of the accordion and adapted it’s content. Than I preview the site and the content of expaned accordion will be the placeholder content of the main component… To solve this problem I have created a component set of all 4 accordion parts with the individual text contents. If these accordion items are collapsed by default on the site, they won’t open. If I set the accordion items on expanded by default they will open and close without a problem… but I do not want to expand all items by default.Hope you can fix this issue, thank you!

Hi,I was previously on a paid plan however after switching to a free plan I now have lost access to the billing section within figma. I still need to access past invoices for this account. Is that something that you might be able to help me with?  Regards,Anirudh
