Question

Permanently deleted files in PZAZ TV workspace, need recovery assistance

Some files have been moved or deleted permanently from our workspace PZAZ TV and that happend last night it was between 07 PM 19 Apr and 0:30 AM 20 Apr by CET.  can you help us at least recover these important files:
- Pzaz Design System
- Pzaz Cards and Blocks (May 22, 2025)
- Pzaz App 2.0

Hey ​@Naim has, thanks for reaching out! 

 

If you happen to have any file links, that would really help. You might be able to find them in:

  • Your web browser’s history.
  • Any past conversations where you might have shared the file with colleagues.
  • The ‘File > Recently Closed’ menu if you are using the desktop app.

I’d strongly recommend checking the Trash in the “PZAZ TV” workspace:

  • Go to Trash
  • Look for the files
  • Right-click → Restore

Please make sure that you’re checking the correct team (each team has its own trash). The “Created by” filter is set to “Anyone” so nothing is hidden.

 

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • If someone moved the files, they may now be in a different project or team
  • If a project was deleted, the files go to trash individually (you can duplicate them back to drafts).
  • If the team was deleted, its files won’t show in trash, you you’ll need to restore the deleted team to get access to your files and projects again.
  • If the file was permanently deleted, it won’t appear in trash anymore.

Permanent deletion requires manually going into Trash and selecting “Delete forever”, so it’s worth checking internally if anyone with edit access might have done this.

Thanks for your answer.

I think those files have been deleted from the trash as well,

I can provide these links there are other files have been deleted but couldn’t find them to give you the link:

but if we can recover these 3 at least that will be great.

Hey ​@Naim has, sorry for the delayed response! Thank you for sharing he file links! 

It looks like these file were deleted (on Apr 19, 2026), but not permanently. The good news is that we don't permanently delete files from Figma unless you manually click "delete forever" or if you delete the team or project that the file was in.
The files are located int the “PZAZ TV” team's trash. You will be able to restore the files by clicking on Trash and locating the files you want to restore. Right-click on the files and select Restore. 

To see all available files that can be restored, please make sure that you also set the "Created by" filter to "anyone" rather than "you." You, and anyone else who had access to edit these filea should be able to find them and restore it this way.

I’ve just done what you provided and didn’t find them, so what I wanted to say that the files I mentioned their names and links above do not exist. and I feel like someone has deleted them and gone to the trash to delete them permanently, that was intentionally to hurt our company.

I took a closer look again and can confirm the file hasn’t been permanently deleted. It looks like it was moved to trash by a user (Name:V., email: v..@p....t...).

Since you mentioned you’re not able to find it in the “PZAZ TV” team’s trash, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you (Ticket  #1876003) so the team can investigate further and help recover it.

I’ve also flagged this as a priority given the situation. The team will follow up with you directly soon, really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
