I am sending a follow-up regarding my previous email about the refund request.

I also want to clarify an additional issue. I understood that inviting team members as viewers would not incur extra charges. However, even though I invited them as viewers, the invoice on April 20 shows additional charges, and my plan was changed to include 3 full seats.

Among my team members, only one person was set as a full seat, while the other two were set as viewers only. None of them used any credits or paid features. Therefore, I believe the April 20 invoice is incorrect.

I kindly request the following:
- A full refund for the incorrect charges
- After the refund, I would like to be correctly charged only for the Pro plan + 1 full seat

Additionally, as I mentioned in my previous email, I already canceled my subscription. Please make sure that I am not charged again on May 20.

I am also confused and stressed because despite canceling, it still shows that I am using the Pro plan. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hi ​@insunginsung — thanks for checking in. Happy to help clarify what might be going on here. First, apologies for the delay in response.

From what you described, it sounds like you expected your team members to stay as viewers (and not be charged), but your April 20 invoice shows 3 full seats instead. Even though only one person was meant to have a full seat, it’s possible the other two were upgraded along the way by accident.

One common reason for this is if a viewer requests edit access (because they want to make a small change, etc) — that can automatically convert them into a full seat, which would explain the extra charges. I can’t say for sure if that’s exactly what happened in your case, but it’s a likely explanation.

I don’t have access to billing or account details as a forum moderator, so I can’t review or make changes directly. That said, I’ve already flagged this for the support team so they can take a closer look.
