Paid for 2 Full Seats, but The other person cannot edit!

I’ve bought two full seats and paid the entire amount of $384 but the other person cannot have edit access to edit the projects in my workspace! I need this to be resolved quick...deadlines are around the corner...

Hi, ​@Avedis_Dakesian I’m sorry to hear about the access trouble, especially with deadlines looming! I found your support ticket and verified its priority matches your urgency.

For you and anyone else who has a similar challenge, here are three common things we can check right now:

  1. Is the seat assigned? Buying a seat adds capacity, but you still need to assign it. Confirm they have a Full seat versus a Viewer or Collab seat

  2. Are they in the right team? Double-check that they’ve accepted the team invite and are signed in with the exact email address the seat was assigned to

  3. Check project permissions. A Full seat allows someone to edit, but specific projects or files can still be set to view-only. Try moving the file into a team project to see if that fixes it
