Upgrade a Dev seat to a Full Design seat.

I am writing to request a billing adjustment.

I had previously paid a Dev Mode seat ($15/mo) just now. But soon I decided to upgrade to a Full seat.

 

After assigned myself to Full seat, I found myself with a $40 invoice for next month.

 

I would like to:

  1. Cancel the redundant Dev seat and keep only one Full seat.

  2. Adjust the invoice so I am only charged the difference for the upgrade.

Please let me know how I should proceed to fix this and modify the charges.

I understand you'd like to keep only a Full seat on your Professional plan and have the invoice adjusted accordingly.


Regarding the Dev seat:
Based on the screenshot you shared, the Dev seat is currently unassigned. Basically, unassigned seats are removed at the end of the month and will not renew the following month.


Regarding the invoice:
The April 30 charge of $16.20 appears to be a prorated charge for upgrading from a Dev seat to a Full seat. Seat changes are billed from their purchase date to the end of the month and will be added to your next monthly invoice.
