Request to reinstate my suspended Figma account

Dear Figma Support Team,

I am a long-time and dedicated Figma user, and I have consistently relied on this account for my daily design work and team collaboration. This account is also my only work account.

Today, when attempting to log in, I discovered that my account had been suspended. Prior to this, I did not receive any form of notification or explanation, and I am unaware of the reason. This situation has caught me completely off guard.

My account contains a large number of important project files and collaborative work. Losing access has already had a serious impact on my work, and I have not yet had the opportunity to back up my data, which has caused me significant stress and concern.

I have always complied with the platform’s terms of use and greatly value Figma as my primary work tool. Therefore, I sincerely hope to understand the specific reason for this suspension. If this action was taken in error or due to a misunderstanding, I kindly ask your team to review my case and consider restoring my account.

I sincerely hope that my account access can be restored as soon as possible, or at least that temporary access can be granted so I can back up my important files. This is critical to my current work.

I understand the urgency here, as I would be upset if I suddenly lost access to my account that I relied on for daily work and team collaboration. My team here on the forum isn’t normally able to assist with Account management, so I’ll do my best to investigate and get you connected to our support team, if needed. 

Is the email address associated with your forum account the same one connected to the account that you lost access to? If so, I don’t see anything specific as to why you would be blocked from the account. Are you still having issues accessing this account? Or did you ever regain access? 

Please let me know, so I know how to best proceed.

Hello, Figma team, I am a deep user of figma, I logged in to my account (202657791348z@807807.xyz) today, and it shows that the account is suspended without any prior instructions, I have been using this account to handle my daily work, and I often work in the early morning of Beijing time for a while,  I swear it’s my own work I often use the cutout tool and PDF import plugin I have not had time to back up team projects and files, the account has been banned makes me very painful, and it has greatly affected my work, I have not received any prior notice or explanation regarding this ban.
