Config, email reset

Manus Chau

I’m clicking the reset password link on the config website and entering my correct email.  I did not receive anything.  I’ve done this for a few days now.

I understand you're not receiving the password reset email. Just to confirm — is this for your Figma account, or is it related to the Config conference registration?

 

In the meantime, it might be worth double-checking your spam or junk folder in case the email landed there. You can also refer to this guide for more details: Reset a forgotten password
