My Figma account email is: elizabeth_franklin@students.ocean.edu, and my username is: elizabeth_franklin.
I have successfully verified my student status via my school email, and my account role is already set to "Education". However, when trying to upgrade my free team to the Education plan, I keep encountering the "Verification Limit Exceeded" error and cannot complete the upgrade. I have never redeemed the Education offer on this account before, and this is my first attempt to upgrade the team to the Education plan. I have also tried clearing my browser cache, re-logging into my account, and using different browsers, but the error still persists. Could you please help me review my case and reset the verification limit for my account, so I can complete the team upgrade to unlock the Education plan benefits?
