Report a Problem

Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally appeal the recent suspension of my Figma account([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]).I was surprised to find my access revoked today. Based on the system message, I suspect this may be related to a recent subscription or billing issue. However, I have not received a detailed explanation regarding the specific transaction or policy violation that triggered this action. My daily work and portfolio are entirely hosted on Figma. This suspension has caused a critical halt to my ongoing projects.I value Figma’s platform and am committed to maintaining a valid subscription. If there was a failed payment, a mid-term cancellation error, or any outstanding balance, please let me know immediately. I am more than willing to settle any payments or provide further information to rectify this situation.Could you please clarify the reason for this suspension and guide me on the steps to restore my account?Thank you for your assistance.Best

There is a severe synchronization bug between the Figma Make UI and the AI's backend environment. Even though my project files are fully generated and clearly visible to me in the file tree (e.g., InviteToJoinModal.tsx, avatar.tsx), the AI assistant claims it cannot see them at all.Because the AI thinks the workspace is completely empty, it is impossible to prompt it to make edits, add new components, or reference existing code.Steps to Reproduce: Open a Figma Make session with generated code/components. Verify that the files are visible in the left-hand file explorer. Prompt the AI to edit an existing file or read the current code. The AI will fail to execute the edit and return error messages claiming the files do not exist. What I Have Already Tried (None of which worked): Rebooting the workspace via chat prompt. Duplicating the Figma file and starting a brand new session. Saving a local copy of the Figma file, uploading it again, and starting fresh. Result: The AI still

i have cancelled my subscription before the renewal, the day of the renewal i got charged of 18,30 euros even though my projects (made with the previous plan) were all locked and my plan was and still is the free one.I want to know if i can get my money back and also have a confirmation that i won’t be charged anymore.Im available for any addictionary information.Thank you.

When I export the frame as a jpg/png, there a stroke around. I tried everything - updated GPU driver, removed the frame fill, tried to use a rectangle as a background -- all is the same, Figma exports it with random stroke.  Please fix it!

1. Icons are consistently displayed incorrectly, requiring multiple page clicks to display correctly;2. The table component also has a similar bug. Although the fill property has been set in resizing and verified within the component, it doesn't fill within the page width when used in the design draft. Multiple page clicks are also required for it to fill and adapt to the page width for proper display. However, non-designers can easily mistake this for an error in the designer's draft—which is terrible!

We recently created a Figma Organization using our company domain (bnksys.co.kr). Currently, our organization appears to be in a “domain-restricted” mode, where only users with @bnksys.co.kr email addresses can be invited. As a result: * We cannot invite external email accounts (e.g., Gmail), even as viewers or guests.* We also cannot remove the domain because the current admin account belongs to that domain. Our immediate need is to **temporarily invite a personal (external) account** in order to migrate design files from an existing Professional workspace into this Organization. Could you please advise or assist with one of the following options: 1. Temporarily allowing external email invitations (e.g., Gmail) for our Organization, or2. Providing a recommended and safe method to transfer files from a personal account into a domain-restricted Organization Thank you for your support.

Figma MCP server worked great with VS Code version 1.101.0 but in version 1.102.0, microsoft has moved MCP configuration to a new file named mcp.json instead of previous settings.json file.  After doing all the configuration, the Figma MCP server tools do not show up under tools and the agent is unable to use Figma MCP server. Has anyone had any luck with this version? Can Figma team please validate and update documentation for Figma MCP Server setup?

Hi Figma Support,I previously had a Figma account with my Concordia University email (@concordia.ca) and deleted it. I am now unable to sign up again with the same email and receive the error "Your request has failed."Could a Support Specialist please fully release this email so I can register a new account?Thank you very much.

I've been unable to publish a new version of our Figma plugin for a while now, and frankly, I'm frustrated.Every time I try to publish, I get this message:"We have detected a change in your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."So I did exactly that, I contacted support. And here I am, still stuck. No resolution, no timeline, nothing. This is not acceptable. We have users depending on our plugin and we cannot ship updates. Our company account is fully legitimate and in good standing. Whatever "account change" was detected, we need this resolved immediately, not in days or weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this? And more importantly: can someone from Figma please step in and actually fix this? Plugin developers should not be blocked from publishing without a clear explanation and a fast path to resolution. This needs urgent attention.

I’ve spent most of my credits for the month attempting to fix a small problem in a make prototytpe. After each update the AI claims to have solved the issue, but has not done so. After explaining that the issue has not bee addressed, and providing screenshots, etc. the AI appears to repeat the same steps that have just failed. When provided with screenshots of the frontend, or console output, the AI repeatedly hallucinated things that weren’t in the screenshots and proceeded to work ahead based on those hallucinations, wasting more credits.

Issue SummaryI'm experiencing severe performance issues in a Figma Make file that has accumulated naerly 700 context versions. The file frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, and consumes credits at an unusually high rate, making it nearly impossible to continue working. What I've Tried- Using the desktop app instead of the browser (still laggy)  - Clearing cache and performing hard refreshes  - Avoiding large batch prompts – the problem persists  Root Cause (Suspected) The excessive number of Make conversation versions appears to be the main bottleneck. I understand that users cannot manually delete version history, and the current file size (or context length) is causing the editor to struggle. My Requests  1. Reset / purge the Make conversation history for this file from the backend to restore performance.  ONLY keep version 6892. Advise on best practices for cleaning up and structuring the code generated by Make. The codebase has become quite messy after many iterations, and I'd l

Dear Figma Support Team,I was surprised to find that my account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Figma has been an essential part of my professional workflow, and I have several important projects and case studies stored in my account that are crucial for my ongoing work.I respectfully ask that you check the suspension and, if you can, get my account back. If there was a problem or infraction, I would be very grateful if you could let me know what went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't occur again. I have always intended to use Figma sensibly and in accordance with all of your rules. I genuinely respect Figma as a design platform and use it every day to advance my career. In order to continue working uninterrupted, I would be extremely appreciative of your assistance in resolving this issue.Thank you so much for your understanding and support. I look forward to your positive response. Regards,Xiang FanFigma Email [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

Dear Figma Support Team,I am having an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience. I’m on the professional plan, and after purchasing additional credits multiple times, the balance continues to drain rapidly, even though I hardly use any AI features. Most disturbingly, I recently added 5,000 credits, but only about 1,500 were actually used with my awareness. Despite that, I see a huge drop in credits every single day, even when I’m not making any changes. In fact, 1,340 credits were consumed on a simple layout fix that I never expected to use any AI. Most of the time, Figma doesn't even make any visible changes after these actions, yet credits keep draining. This is now preventing me from accessing my designs, and my work is completely stuck. This is a huge disruption, and I need immediate clarification and resolution. Please investigate why credits are being consumed without any action from me, as this is severely impacting my project and productivity.Sincerely,

After I paid for my team’s subscription, we decided to not use Figma anymore and deleted our account. Despite this, my card was charged today, and I did not authorize this transaction. I want a refund!

Hello,I bought the professional plan and I’m unable to see the right panel to export figma slides. I’m in dev mode but still. I comtacted Figma 2daya ago and called this morning for assistance and uptill now no response. I need the slides ASAP. Please help!

I’m trying to use figma-use / Codex MCP tools to create a design directly inside a specific Figma file and node.Sometimes the tool can read the node metadata and sees it as an empty canvas. But when it tries to continue with the required design context step, get_design_context fails with a generic error.Because of this, the integration can partially detect the file, but it cannot actually write or generate the design on the canvas. What I need help with:How to make get_design_context work reliably with an open Figma design file Whether this is a known issue with Figma MCP / plugin integration / Codex desktop connection

All of my community resources are suddenly dissapear from figma community resources. just a weeks ago it was still there, I am screenshooting my Your week on Figma Community as a prove. Where I can found my resources and i want to get it back because there is some conversation there as well? can anyone help me?

For some reason I’m unable to add, delete, or edit my projects on my iPad. I’m not sure if this is just an iPad thing or not because I’m away from my desktop. Also I’m aware that you have to be the project owner in order to be able to have edit capabilities which I should have because I’m the only one that’s on this project. Any thoughts?

Hi Figma team,I submitted my plugin DesignOPS (ID: 1603703295257406223) for review approximately 10 days ago and haven't received any updates yet — no approval, no rejection, no feedback. The plugin is a design audit and library cleanup tool:Scans Figma files for missing styles, broken tokens, orphaned components, grid violations Offers one-click autofix and bulk replace across libraries Uses networkAccess for user authentication and library resolution via our own backend (api.design-ops.pro) Requires a free account (email registration, done inside the plugin) Has Free and PRO ($8/mo) plans Bilingual UI (English & Russian) I've reviewed the plugin review guidelines thoroughly and believe the plugin meets all requirements. Privacy policy, terms of service, and support contact are all in place.Could someone from the review team share the current status or estimated timeline? I'm happy to provide any additional information if needed.Thank you!

Dear Support Team,I would like to request your assistance in prioritizing the following billing support case:Case ID: 1814809As the deadline is approaching, this matter is time-sensitive and requires urgent attention to avoid any impact on our operations. We would greatly appreciate your prompt support and update on this case. Please let us know if any additional information is required.Best regards,

Hi Figma Team,I am reporting a severe bug with Figma Make that resulted in a completely hallucinated design and the unfair loss of ~250 AI credits on my Professional plan.I attempted to generate a specific dashboard ("v3 / dashboard") using my "Caregiver Web Portal" design system. Despite attaching my local library and providing explicit rules in Guidelines.md, the AI failed completely. The Issues: Ignored Libraries & Guidelines: The tool completely ignored my attached components and explicit styling rules, hallucinating an entirely different and unusable UI. Server Crashes: I hit multiple "Model is overloaded" errors and endless Vite preview engine spinners. Massive Credit Drain: One single incorrect generation cost me 172 credits. In total, I have lost nearly 250 credits to these bugs and server failures. My Ask: Please investigate why Figma Make is ignoring attached libraries, and I am formally requesting a refund of the ~250 credits wasted by these system failures.Evidence A

I’ve submitted a couple of plugins, but they’re still under review. One of them has been waiting for about a month:https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1615271839569985921/ https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1620738014327336695/I saw that the review process usually takes around 5-10 business days, so I’m wondering whether something may have gone wrong. I haven’t received any confirmation email after submission, or any other update since then.Does anyone know how I can check their status or whether they might be stuck in review?
