Connected Domains Error: Conflicting DNS Records Found

When attempting to connect our apex domain (pacerpro.com) to a published Figma Site, we received the following error:

We use DNSimple to manage DNS records. There is not AAAA record for the apex domain in the records. 

The only AAAA record (which we don’t want to remove) is the following subdomain:

AAAA api-ip2.pacerpro.com 2604:a880:400:d1::7a8:c001

How can I resolve this issue?

on our website called Window Cleaning Campany website, you can find in this link 

 the domain doesn’t connect. i’m told to delete a record in our dns AAAA that actually doesn’t exist. all other records were updated correctly. can you please help.

Thanks for flagging this and for sharing the details, including your domain links and screenshot, that’s really helpful.

It looks like you’re being prompted to remove an AAAA record that doesn’t appear to exist on your domain, even though your other DNS records are set up correctly, which is preventing the domain from connecting.

I’m currently checking with our internal team to confirm whether this is expected behavior or something else. I’ll follow up here as soon as I have more information.

Could you try running your domain through our custom domain debugger tool to see if it flags anything that might be blocking the connection?
