Need to cancel virtual ticket so I can purchase in-person one for Config 2026

Hello, replying to this thread since I’m in a similar situation. I need to cancel my 2026 Config virtual ticket registration (Confirmation #: 5337), so I can register for an in-person one. I do not see a way to do this. Please advise. Thanks!
