Appeal for Suspended Account

Hello, Figma team, 

I logged in to my account (redacted) today, and surprisingly it shows that the account is suspended without any prior instructions. 

I’m a design student, and I use Figma mainly for coursework and personal projects — like working on group presentations, creating interactive website prototypes for assignments, or learning UI design. My academic life really depends on Figma right now. I urgently need access to the files in my suspended account because I have deadlines coming up. I sincerely hope you can review this suspension and let me know what caused it, so I can make sure this misunderstanding doesn’t happen again. 

I have always followed Figma’s terms carefully, and I will continue to do so. I’d really appreciate your help.

First, I redacted the email address you posted to protect your privacy. Could you answer a couple of questions I have?

Your original message included an email that was under with “888.uk” in the domain.

However, I see your forum account is registered under a different email address. Do you have 2 Figma accounts? One under each email, and only having issues accessing the account under the “888.uk” domain?

Was the account under your “888.uk” approved for a free education plan?

Yes, I have 2 Figma accounts,  and only having issues under the “888.uk” domain, which has an education plan.
