I am admin and owner of a Professional team project. Some files and drafts are owned by former employees, and I need to delete them. Right now I only have can view access. How can I delete them?

Hey @Bjorn1, thanks for reaching out.

I’d recommend to remove the user from the team (if you haven’t already).

Here’s how that helps:
• Once a user is removed from the team, any files they owned are moved into a managed area. The files become ownerless but admins can access them.
• Their drafts are also collected into a dedicated folder in the Admin section

• You should be able to open the files with edit access and permanently delete those files from the Admin content area.

Hope this helps!
