,I accidentally changed it to design mode and develop mode and in less than 5 minutes, I changed it to collab mode. It doesn't make sense to spend 5 minutes and charge both. Please give me a refund.

What likely happened is that switching between Full, Dev, and Collab seats can temporarily assign different seat types. 

For privacy and security reasons, I’m not able to review billing details directly here on the forum. I can see you’ve already contacted our support team (ticket #1885266). Our team will be able to take a closer look at your specific case and help further.

While subscription payments are generally non-refundable per our Terms of Service,  we will still review your situation and follow up with you directly.

 

For future reference, you can manage seats from your Billing overview:
• Remove or downgrade unused seats (e.g. to a free View seat)
• Unassigned seats won’t renew on monthly plans
• Seat reductions take effect at the next renewal for annual plans
