Inquiry Regarding Figma Student Verification

Hello,

I am currently a university student in South Korea. I am trying to verify my student status in order to use the Figma student plan.

SheerID Verification Support told me that my verification was approved on April 17, 2026. I did receive the approval confirmation email on that date, but the approval has not been reflected in my Figma account.

If needed, I can provide student verification documents, such as a certificate of enrollment, by replying to this email. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know how to proceed.
