We recently received a few chargebacks on your account, which has resulted in your account being blocked.
 
To proceed with the review, we require additional information regarding the chargebacks. This may include clarification on whether the chargebacks were submitted directly by you or if they came from a 3rd party.

I'd like to clarify that I was on a Figma Teams plan as an invited member — I was not the account owner or the billing contact. As such, I did not personally submit any chargebacks, nor do I have visibility into the billing or payment activity on the account.
