Can't verify my student plan

Lucas schuldt

I have tried many times to verify my student account, however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID and they told me that they have approved me, but its still says that i have to verify my account. 

Is there anything i can do?

Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, are you seeing the “exceeded my limit for student plan” error when trying to create a new team or upgrade an existing one?

If that’s the case, the best next step would be to reach out to education@figma.com. The Education team can take a closer look at your account, help clarify what’s happening, and reset or escalate things if needed.

When you contact them, it’d be helpful to include screenshots and a quick summary of the steps you’ve already taken, that can help speed things up.

I’d also recommend for you to reach out to education@figma.com. Our Education team can take a closer look at your account and work with SheerID to figure out what’s going on or help get things reset if possible.

When you contact them, it really helps to include:
• A screenshot of the error you’re seeing
• A brief summary of the steps you’ve already tried
• Any responses you’ve received from SheerID

 

I know this is a bit of a loop to go through, but the Education team will be able to look into this in more detail and help with the next steps. Really appreciate your patience!
