I started using Figjam because it is an approved system from the company. I painfully moved my work screenshot each image into the Figjam. And now all the images shows up BLANK. WTH. Is there a solution to fix this? Or is this a lost cause? If it is the latter I am NOT touching figma ever again. Wasted so much of my time and effort.

Hello Figma Support!Could you please help me?We accidentally purchased a seat for the wrong team—an annual subscription. We need to fix this and move the seat to the correct team. This happened today, just a couple of hours ago. We don't need to cancel anything; we just need to get it set up correctly—removing the seat from one team and adding it to another.I contacted support via the form and have a ticket number: 1967696. However, I haven't received an email confirmation, and nothing shows up in my list of requests—even though the bot claims otherwise.

I upgraded from Starter to a Collab seat and was charged €43.56.While trying to publish a Figma Site, I selected Continue on a prompt and then saw a projected invoice with a €161 billing adjustment, which appeared to trigger a Full seat upgrade requirement.I immediately canceled because I only wanted to publish my portfolio website.I am trying to confirm whether the €161 billing adjustment will be removed and whether my account is currently on a Collab seat or if any Full seat upgrade was applied.I would also like to confirm what is required to publish a Figma Site and connect a custom domain for a personal portfolio website.I raised a ticket with the AI support a few days ago but received no email confirmation and no reply. From a UX perspective, this experience is terrible in terms of transparency and billing clarity:No clear warning that you're about to incur a much larger charge. No email confirmation of the support ticket. No ticket number visible. I am stuck talking to an AI loop
Has been happening for a while now. Some designs just break the preview into checkerboard chunks and randomise them. Thought it was due to the Glass effect but nope. Some pages work absolutely fine, but most just garbled. App is pretty much unusable now.

i got the an email from announcements@figma.com with the confirmation : “We wanted to let you know that you are now in the beta for Figma’s new AI agent.” But still agent is not available and no update available also. What am i missing here …? (My connected Figma account is the right one)
I was in a make file earlier today testing out a solution another team member was working on and it looks like we have both been charged for the work that they were doing.It looks like I’ve spent 1k credits today after only being able to find one prompt worth 180 tokens recorded against it.Update:I started the month (27th 1258) with 10.5k tokens to myself but have noticed that it now reads that we are sharing 7.5K tokens within the company.
Using Montserrat Semi-Bold font in the example but have see it on other fonts too.Set vertical trim is to Cap height to baseline. The bottom of some letters that extend beyond the bottom border of the box are cut off. The tops are not cut off.See screenshot.
Hello, i leaved a team and afterwards, a lot of my drafts disappeared. I found out that this is probably because they were located in the teams draft. The team is on the free/starter plan, so I cannot see or restore them myself—even now that I have access to the team again.Is there a way (other than upgrade the plan just for that) to restore them or can the support restore them either directly to my drafts or to the teams drafts area? Hello,I have searched for people who have had a similar problem, but with no success. The last updated project dates are showing incorrectly, dating back to months before, even though the files inside were updated days or weeks ago. See attached picture. What could be the problem? They are in the correct order, the dates are showing incorrectly though (with the top being the most recent updated one). Thank you.

It seems that in a slide, after animating an object group it is being deleted without any input from my side. Undo does not restore the group.
When I click rename layers, the whole project will freeze for a minute. I didn't have this problem before, but I've been struggling with it for a while now.
I need someone from the Billing Department to get back to me ASAP for us to discuss changes to my account. I was trying to switch my seats from monthly to an annual subscription. When I look at my account I see that I may be getting billed for both monthly and an annual subscription. I cannot find a way to contact Figma Billing directly. Plus I also submitted a ticket, (help.figma.com/hc/requests/1963398). It’s been more that 24 hours. Could someone please respond.Thank you.

An error is blocking my ability to create a new project. No matter what I enter in step 2 (Add people to (group)), I get an error that says “Cant contain characters /*?….”
