Hello, I can not edit my own file in figjam. I know I have two accounts to figma, but I can not figure out which one owns my file that I can not edit. I suspect there is a third account that I can not sign into - since I am missing some files. I have created a student profile with my school email, and I suspect there was a regular account with the same email address before turning it into a student account. Could you please help?

A good first step is to open the FigJam file and click on the Share button. This will show you who owns the file and what permissions each account has. That can help identify which account you’ll need to sign into in order to edit it.
Since you mentioned having multiple accounts (and possibly an older one tied to the same email), it’s possible the file is owned by a different login than the one you’re currently using.
