Request to Cancel Subscription and Correct Invoice

Hello Figma Support,

I would like to cancel my Professional subscription immediately.

I subscribed in April for only one Professional Full seat, which cost $20.00 USD. I understood that the subscription would renew monthly for approximately $16.00 USD.

I did not request any additional seats or billing adjustments, and I do not need them.

However, my current invoice shows:

  • Billing adjustment: $18.00
  • 2 Full seats (May 8, 2026 to June 8, 2026): $40.00
  • Total: $58.00 USD

This is not what I subscribed to.

I only had one Full seat in April, and that is the only plan I wanted. I do not understand why my account now shows two Full seats and additional charges that I did not request and do not need.

Please:

  1. Cancel my Professional subscription immediately.
  2. Cancel the billing period from May 8, 2026 to June 8, 2026.
  3. Remove the extra seat and all additional charges that I did not request.
  4. Charge me only for the actual days I used the single Professional Full seat from May 8, 2026 to May 14 2026.
  5. Ensure that no further charges are made to my account.

I no longer wish to continue the subscription.
