I need to recover the sheer ID verification ;( they blocked me and my teacher can´t help me

I need help recovering my SheerID verification account. My access was blocked, and unfortunately my teacher is unable to assist me. Please let me know what steps I can take to restore verification access. Thank you.

I understand that you’re both running into a “verification limit exceeded” error while trying to apply for Figma Education access.

Education verifications are managed directly by our verification partner, SheerID, as they handle the review process and have access to the tools needed to reset verification attempts.

The best next step would be to contact their dedicated Figma support team at figmasupport@sheerid.com and let them know you’ve hit the verification attempt limit and would like it reset so you can continue verifying with your institution email.
