Figma Account Suspended — Critical Files Inside, Extremely Anxious

My Figma account suddenly got suspended, and it contains extremely critical client files and ongoing work. I’m very anxious, and If I can’t recover the files on time, my client may charge me a very heavy penalty.

I’ve already opened support ticket #1914447. Has anyone faced something similar or successfully recovered access/files after an account suspension?

Any guidance would really help. Thank you.
