Unfortunately, for security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to access or manage billing or account-specific details here on the forum. While we can’t directly cancel the subscription on your behalf here on the forum, you can downgrade your Professional plan to a free Starter plan at any time by following these steps:

  1. Locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar
  2. Click Admin
  3. Open the Settings tab
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan
  5. Select the reason for cancellation and confirm

At the end of your billing period, Figma will downgrade your team to a free Starter team. Any seats you add before your plan is downgraded will be prorated and reflected on your last invoice. You’ll have access to all Professional plan features until the end of the current billing period.

 

Before the downgrade happens, we also recommend:

  • Moving important files into a single project (within Starter plan limits)

  • Removing any extra projects

  • Moving files to drafts or another team if needed

  • Downloading copies of your invoices for your records
