Unable to contact sales, remove the extra charges form my invoice and downgrade the plan

Thanks for sharing your ticket number, I’m sorry to hear you haven’t heard back yet. I understand you'd like to downgrade your AI credits and would like the charges reversed. 

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle billing issues directly in the forum. That said, I’ve located your request (#1881334) and escalated it internally so the team can take a closer look at your billing concern.

In the meantime, you can downgrade your AI credits subscription from your Admin settings:

• In the file browser, select Admin
• In AI credits, select Manage
• Select Manage credits
• Under Monthly credits, select Manage
• Choose the lower tier, then select Review and confirm

Hi ​@Kay123  — just following up with an update. I checked your support ticket (#1881334) and saw that an agent has already replied with next steps.

From what I have visibility into, this is related to how billing is handled in your region. In some cases, we’re not able to adjust charges on a pending invoice due to local payment processing requirements.
