Hoje fui surpreendido por um Erro hcolWn3SMXCULyal, que não me deixa mais fazer nada nesse projeto nem em um projeto duplicado dele preciso saber o que está acontecendo urgente pois o sistema já roda e tem uso diario. 

 Created a template that install NPM packages into the Figma Make project, to fetch tokens, assets and components.  On load I get an error like this every time: “Expected export Code1_119 to be a function, got: undefined Figma Make” Found out that if I wait 10+ seconds on the screen shown above, the error NEVER happens when loading in a project. Can’t the remix button just get a loading state untill everything is ready to load correctly?

I request to close an unpaid invoice as we no longer are using the plan for the invoice period. I have cancelled the subscription and also removed any seat assignments for the plan. No credits use or other usage of the plan have been done for this period of the invoice. Please help out for this issue by closing or voiding our invoice.Could a Figma Support Specialist please help with this issue and guide what to do here? Thankyou

Things were going well until they weren’t. Now, the Preview will crash with certain interactions and troubleshooting/fixing takes me down these crazy rabbit holes for hours with no fix (although the AI is confident that they fixed it and everything should work properly). The other weird thing is that the published app will not crash in those interactions. And, in trying to troubleshoot without going down crazy dependency and pinned version idiosyncrasies, we figured out that there’s something going wrong in the deployment pipeline between the code and the preview/app. i.e.: the updated code is not being reflected in the preview/app. To test simply, I had the AI comment out a field. After refresh, the field is still showing. So, what gives? I’ve been cursing out this poor AI for lying to me and it turns out it’s not their fault. I noticed an unexpected behavior when locking and unlocking layers. After repeating this action a few times, items inside Auto Layout become misaligned and text alignment changes.In my case, buttons with centered text switch to left-aligned text after locking and unlocking layers.

Hi, I have installed a local font that I’ve used in a Figma project. Suddenly, when trying to edit the text, I get an missing font error dialogue. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the font via FontBook.I’ve restarted the Figma desktop app. Platform: Mac  Any help much appreciated. :) 

Sometimes instances (containing vectors) from libraries are showing in 200% size, cropped by the instance size. When clicking on the instance it snaps back to the correct size and stays so. There’s no issue with scaling, and everything is updated before this happens. Don’t know exactly how to recreate this bug, but now and then there are lots of them that requires someone to just click on them. Definitely a bug.

현재 프로패셔널 유로 플랜 이용중입니다.어느날부터 피그마메이커로 만든 파일을 열어보면 왼쪽 채팅창만 보이고, 우측 화면엔 아무런 콘텐츠가 노출되지 않고 있습니다. 미리보기 새로고침시에도 동일현상 지속 발생중이며, 아주 간혈적으로 오른쪽에 콘텐츠가 보입니다. 2월 초까진 특이사항 없이 잘 쓰고 있었는데, 2월 중순쯤부터 아래와 같은 현상이 계속 발생해 피그마메이커 기능을 전혀 사용하고 있지 못하는 상황이라 해결방법 좀 알려주세요. 버그 리포트도 올렸는데 따로 답변이 아직 안왔습니다.   

 When trying to update icons or make changes to specific sections in Figma, selecting an element and sending a prompt to Figma Make AI does not pass the selected element into the prompt. As a result, Figma Make AI does not understand what needs to be changed and the update does not occur.

Hello!I need help saving a Figma team that I lost access to but was the sole owner of. It has not yet been deleted.I created my original Figma account using my undergraduate school email. The school has since deleted that email and updated it to the alumni version. Mail does not forward between the deleted email and the current. Because the previous version no longer exists and I was signed in with Google, I cannot reset my password or re-enter that account.The account was on an education plan that had long since expired, but I intended to renew it as a personal plan eventually. I don’t know why or how I was signed out, but now I cannot get into the account. I can still see some of the links to projects that I had in open tabs, but if I try to go “Back to Files” from that page it goes to the new, empty alumni account.Because I can still access the projects I once had open and because on another account it is prompting me to move files from my old team, I have reason to believe the file

Hi,I generated a landing page using Figma Make and I am currently working on version 59 of the file.However, when I try to access the generated code, the system displays the code from a previous version instead of the latest version (v59).Steps I’ve taken: Confirmed that I am on version 59 Opened the "</>" (Code) tab Performed a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) Cleared cache and reloaded Despite this, the code does not update and continues to show an older version.

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to access an existing Figma account that was created using Google Sign-In only. After migrating to Google Workspace and adding a custom domain, Google now resolves my original Gmail identity to my Workspace email. Because of this, Google Sign-In always logs me into a different account, and I can’t access the original account that contains my files. I believe this requires a manual account recovery or reassociation of the Google identity. I can verify ownership of both email addresses and the Workspace domain if needed. Thanks for your help.

I’m a student and my school is an approved bootcamp facilitator. Figma doesnt verify my student status though, after my school explicitly added my email through the verification proces in figma. They’ve asked for support there too with no response. There is nothing else they can do, since they did sent a request to figma. The administator urged me to post this question again here. Please help. It’s been a long time I cannot used the student plan.

Hi Figma team, I’m unable to use an existing Figma account that was upgraded through a student plan a couple of weeks ago. After migrating my email domain through Google Workspace, i have now logged in with a different email than was was used to verify student status. As a result, Figma has blocked my account, and it is in view-only mode.I have tried to fill out the application to student plan, but with no luck. I believe this requires a manual reassociation of the email. I can re-verify student status again if needed.Thanks for your help.

I’ve been using a Wacom tablet with Figma for a couple of years now. I use it as my default mouse that also helps me quickly sketch ideas with the Pencil tool. Since the release of the variable width stroke function I have been having some issues with the Pencil tool.I’m going to do my best to explain these issues below. If these should be split into different issues, please let me know if you want me to split these up. English is not my first language so I apologize for any errors.Summary of 3 issuesIssue 1: Selecting a different width profile while using the Pencil tool does not allow me to draw with it. It shows as if it is selected but does not change my actual width profile.Issue 2: Seemingly randomly Figma starts reflecting pen pressure and kind of creates its own width profile while drawing lines.Issue 3: Switching the width profile makes already drawn lines dissapear. Steps to reproduceIssue 1Open Pencil tool (Shift + P).
