Hi, I used to work for a company called Orgmatch. I purchased a paid plan there under [redacted PII - DJV] in Jan 2025. I left the company in June 2025 and could no longer access that Figma email/account. The company since has been acquired. I recently got billed for another year of Figma. How can I cancel that subscription and get a refund?Thank you
There was a problem with logging into the account. When I tried to log in, I accidentally created another account. When I restored the account using the link in my email, I found out that the account was created with a non-existent email address in the format of rogtat.com. How can I regain access to my account?

Hello Figma Team,I would like to share my feedback regarding the newly updated Figma interface.The current update is very difficult to use, as it is not clear where many options are located. I am unable to easily find the Prototype option, and I don’t know how to connect one frame to another for prototyping. Earlier, this process was simple and intuitive, but now it feels confusing.During the review or preview process, we previously had the option to switch between different devices. This feature was extremely useful for checking how our designs looked on specific devices. Unfortunately, this option seems to be removed in the new version, and I am not satisfied with this change. Having the device-switching option would greatly improve the user experience.Additionally, adjusting spacing between elements has become difficult. In the older version, we could directly type values to control spacing, which was fast and efficient. That method was much better compared to the current experience

Hello Since the last update, copying and pasting an interaction with multiple actions no longer works (web and desktop version).Can you fix this issue? Or am I the only one experiencing this problem? If so, how can I fix it?Thank you in advance for your help. Edit: on closer inspection, if I copy an interaction with multiple actions and paste it, it creates an incongruous text element in the hierarchy. PS: Copying and pasting an interaction with only one action works correctly.PS: I have a Full seat account
Over the last few weeks, undo has not been working for me periodically. While designing I will be using “command + Z” as I’m working, and then all of a sudden it will stop working. It won’t work when using the edit menu → undo either. I often lose designs I’ve been working on and can’t find them on the version history. The undo button works most of the time, but then all of a sudden it will stop working which is really frustrating because it’s unexpected and often results in losing work. To fix it, I usually quit the app and open again, but then a few days later it will happen again. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!For context, I am the using Figma App on my Macbook Air with the laptop keyboard.

Stuck in an endless loop of trying to log into my desktop app, redirecting to browser, signing in there and being sent back to app, app says ‘Session Timed Out, Log In With Browser’. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app, my laptop IOS is up to date, I’ve cleared cache, I’ve made sure it’s the only account signed in, I’ve restarted my laptop.

When a nested component instance switches between variants with different aspect ratios, the parent component set to Hug contents does not resize to match the child’s new dimensions. The parent keeps its previous size instead of wrapping the updated aspect ratio.Screen recording: https://streamable.com/e/q0fuwh--- Another weird behaviour / a hack-fix that kind of works:Detaching the parent component instance temporarily fixes the issue: the parent immediately resizes to the currently selected aspect ratio. After undoing (Ctrl + Z) to restore the instance, aspect ratio swapping works correctly for a short time, but eventually the parent stops responding to aspect ratio changes again.
Today with developers we discovered that some SVGs exported from Figma doesn’t work in React Native projects.We realized tha Figma swaps all #000000 colors with “black” in SVG code. And “black’ is not supported in React Native, which renders elements invisible in mobile apps.I suggest not swapping #000000 colors with “black” in SVG export.
I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge on this account.A payment was automatically processed two days ago, but I have not been using this account for quite some time and have no intention of using it in the future.The reason for this oversight is that I am already using Figma through another active account. I am unable to publish the most recent iteration of my webapp in Figma Make. I can see it but any time I publish it, it’s an older version of the app. I have tried duplicating and publishing, clearing my cache, and browsing on incognito. I can’t seem to find the problem and need help!
After exporting a project from Figma Make to GitHub, the images are broken, cannot be opened or viewed, and are not displayed in the application. If you read their type via `file image.png`, you get ASCII text instead of png. The only way to get the correct versions of the photos is to download the archive with the code generated by Figma Make.

Hello, I have now activated Figma for the Educator and I am trying to use the AI but it is not available. Can anyone offer help or is the AI not supported in the Educator plan?
I repeatedly run into issues like this… What is the process of getting AI points back when FIgma makes stupid mistakes like this and cause a BOAT LOAD of rework after the charges start rolling in? Previously FIGMA was using terminology that I hadn’t approved, and multiple times explicitly forbid, and it was still littered all though out my code. It took multiple refactoring attempts to get it out. All wasted time and effort and that worries me with Figma’s new AI point system.
I accidentally renewed my subscription and would like to request a refund. I haven't used the paid features since the renewal
