I sincerely request a refund for the additional seat charges that were unexpectedly billed due to accidental editor permissions assigned to team members who did not actually use Figma.
Our team intended to have only one designer subscribe to and use Figma. While the designer was sharing Figma files with other team members, some members were unintentionally added with editor permissions instead of the intended access level. As a result, additional seat charges appear to have been generated, even though those members did not actually use Figma.
The most important point is that only one person on our team actually used Figma. The other team members who were accidentally given editor access did not use Figma in practice, and we never intended to purchase or use additional paid editor seats.
We tried to address this issue as soon as we noticed it, but at that time the additional charge did not appear to have been processed yet, and we misunderstood how the billing/refund process would work. Now that the additional charge has actually been billed, we are submitting this refund request immediately.
We only intended to use one paid Figma account, and the additional seats were not intentionally used or purchased. Since these charges were unexpected and related to unused seats, we kindly ask you to review this case and issue a refund for the additional amount charged.
We are willing to provide any necessary information, including permission history, billing details, or usage records, if needed. We sincerely ask for your understanding and assistance in refunding the unused seat charges.
