Hi Figma Support Team,
I am writing to report a billing issue that has affected my ability to use my annual plan.
I originally purchased 2 annual seats for my team. However, I accidentally activated 2 monthly seats, which I never intended to use — no members were ever assigned to them, and they have been completely unused since activation.
Recently, I discovered that the monthly seats failed to charge, and as a result, my annual seats have also been locked and are now inaccessible. This is completely unreasonable. If the monthly seats could not be charged, they should have been automatically cancelled and I should have been notified immediately — not left unaware until my entire account was affected.
I am now unable to use the 2 annual seats that I have already paid for, simply because of an accidental and unused monthly seat activation. This is unacceptable.
I kindly request that you:
1. Cancel and remove the 2 unused monthly seats
2. Waive or refund any charges related to the monthly seats, as they were never used
3. Immediately restore access to my 2 annual seats
I have attached screenshots of my billing page and the People page showing no members assigned to the monthly seats.
