I have 3K credits and used 2.5k and says im out of credit???

i have 3k credits and only used 2.5k and Figma won’t let me continue without adding more credits.  this happened last month also.  Why can’t I use my 500 credit left?

    I completely understand your frustration with this. From what I can see, you have used your entire 3,000 credits for this month. Others in the community have mentioned that the UI might temporarily show the incorrect credit balance or even hide the remaining number of credits entirely until your AI usage drops while trying to catch up.

    Have you tried checking if your AI usage corrects itself to the full 3,000 after time has passed?

    If you’re still seeing 2,500 on your end, I can definitely help connect you with our support to to try and better determine how and when exactly this discrepancy between your credits shown and actual usage is occurring.
