I have roughly 300 sticky notes from user research survey. I’d like to topic sort using AI. I keep getting an error -- Is there a limit to how many sticky notes the Topic Ai tool can sort?
I created a branch that introduces a lot of changes to the main file. I updated all my components to the newest library, deleted some pages, and made changes to individual frames across the whole file.When I try to update changes from the main file, or even try to merge the branch, I get an error saying:“File out of memoryClosing other tabs and reloading Figma may reduce browser memory and allow you to continue reviewing and merging this branch.”I tried closing all other tabs, merging in both the desktop app, and using Figma in three different browsers. Nothing seems to work. My branch’s memory usage shows 9%, so it doesn’t look overloaded.Please help, there are three days’ worth of work stuck in this branch 🥲

How do I save my credits in the professional subscription?
I’m experiencing a major issue on a specific Figma file within my company workspace. Since I started working on this file, I’ve been unable to use key functions such as Undo, Redo, and Auto Layout.The keyboard shortcuts for these actions do not work at all in this particular file. However, the same shortcuts function normally on my personal Figma account and in other files, so it seems isolated to this company account file that I am working on. (I Even log in as an admin and not collaborator).This has become a major constraint to my workflow, especially as this is a paid professional account.Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue or recommend a fix?
For 2 months already I’ve been seeing unexpected behavior when playing prototypes in Present mode (desktop app).Elements set to Fixed position don’t stay in place and sometimes jump unexpectedly. They have absolute position and are fixed, but they shift from screen to screen. Screen layouts occasionally appear broken (elements get misplaced, copy changes, hover states freezing, elements shift), even though everything is set and looks correct in Design modeNote: The prototype settings and interactions are configured correctly. This occurs not only in new prototypes, but also in older prototypes that previously worked fine. And also this behaviour is not consistent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not.Anyone experiences the same issues?
Hi team, Here’s what i found, when i select one Image/frame to vectorize, it does makes it vector shapes etc. After that, if we delete that image from canvas, the toolbar of vectorize still remains open instead of exiting. Is this behaviour is on purpose?
Its been about two weeks now that I’ve been trying to get my Figma student account verified. I’ve already reached out to SheerID but they permanently closed my ticket. They didn't give me a reason why. I used my college email to verify and uploaded evidence of my enrollment. I dont know what to do. I’ve already missed out on a lot of collaborative work and I’m afraid this will cause me to loose points in my assignments. I tried to verify my status again but it said I had exceed the limit of attempts. Please help. It seems I’m the only one in my classes that is having this issue.

I am in a Figma Make project with multiple linked pages, when I select the point and edit to select a specific element it keeps changing the page and going to another page instead of the one I was just on. I’m not able to select the specific elements on pages because it keeps changing pages as soon as I click on point and edit. I just updated my Figma this morning to the newest update and now have this issue.

These changes are saved locally and will sync when Figma reconnects” .at the same time I am just unable to get any response after i put my prompt and the offline sycn takes days.. it is very frustrating. Hi, it would be great if you guys can help me out on this. I've been trying to publish my website so I can see how it behaves, but I'm getting a distorted page every time I publish it. It doesn't look distorted in my Figma make file, so I'm not sure what is wrong. I depublish it, I republish it again, that didn't seem to be the issue. I logged out and logged back in, that didn't help either. I reviewed the past files, and solutions have been asked in the forum, and tried to troubleshoot, but it doesn't seem like it's getting resolved.

Hey, The preview looks great but then when I publish and navigate to the site, the theme.css file seems to be missing resulting in the published version looking rubbish. This seems to have happened since the last update. Please investigate. ThanksSteven
Hello, I am a graphic design educator at Dawson College in Montreal. One of my students cannot get his credentials verified since his verification limit has been exceeded. He has contacted both SheerID and Figma to no avail. I have written to education@figma.com on his behalf, along with proof, but I have yet to receive a response - it’s been a week. This software is essential to my students’ learning. Hopefully I will get a quicker response here.
I want to change my current gmail to my education email adress so that I can reverify as an Educator for my university. But, when I tried changing it, after I got the confirmation email and clicked the confirmation button, the following message appeared:The email address cannot be updated: "..." is already in useI don´t know what it means, since there’s no account linked to that email. After that, I tried creating a new account with my education email, to try and solve the problem. But this other message appeared: “That email and password combination is incorrect”I dont know what else to do and I don’t understand what’s the problem with my education email. Ideally, i would prefer the first option (updating the email), so that I don’t loose all my files.

I added a custom domain and all my DNS settings are correct and have propagated. It has been a few days and my status is still “Awaiting certificates”. It says it will take 15-30 minutes and I am losing sales because my website is not reachable. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks!
Using the new GRIDS feature:Does anyone know how you can:• Insert a ROW or COL in the middle of a GRID?• Or if you can reorder the ROWs or COLS? I can’t see a way of doing this, Am I missing how to do this? or is it a gap in the functionality? To be clear I and others are using grids to create tables, and reordering rows and columns is an obvious need. Cheers
I created a file using Figma Make in a Starter account, then shared it with my higher education Education account.In the Education account, I had edit access and have tried transferring ownership from free to education account, and duplicating the file. When I attempt to use the Copy design feature, I am prompted to upgrade to a Professional plan, even though higher education accounts should have access to this feature.The issue persists regardless of file ownership or duplication.
I am a student at Colorado Mesa University but my verification keeps getting declined. I submitted the exact same proof of education as my class mates but I got declined while other classmates got accepted. I received this message, “Thank you for uploading your documentation for confirmation. Unfortunately we were unable to confirm your status” three times. I contacted SheerId about my problem but never received a response. I was told by a classmate that SheerId wasnt able to help him and he recommended I came here.
Happy holidays! I’ve opened a ticket (1653026 ) for this on the 23rd but still haven’t heard back from anyone. I know the holidays are slow, but need some help. Hoping someone is out there monitoring this.I think Make's integration with Github is broken, or at the very least the support team needs to look into why the Create repository feature keeps erroring out for us (I keep getting "could not create repository"). I tried to push to Github last week before doing my code review, and it wasn't working then. I just tried again after deleting and re-establishing Make as a recognized App in our Github org, and I get the same error. I confirmed that we're following the right steps in https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/35463818346647-Push-from-Figma-Make-to-GitHub.I read a KB article that indicates that Make can only push to a repo it creates, and can only push to the main branch -- both kind of surprising limitations that I think. Is that right?
We have noticed in our team, that when one merges a branch the link to the changed frame in the main file changes. This is inconvenient for our requirement engineers because they always need to adjust the links in the tickets and specifications.It would be great, if the link to existing frames or sections stay the same. Obviously, if a new frame was added, it gets a new link. Please consider this, because the work with branches is really great and helpful otherwise, but this adds unnecessarily to the workload.
I’ve been having issues for days attempting to reverify my student plan. When I complete the form, I get a message stating that I’ve exceeded my limit. However, when reaching out to SheerID, they’ve confirmed that verification was successfully completed in Sept 2025. They’ve also stated that my status is still ‘active’ in their system and suggested I reach out to Figma for help.Can I get support in resolving this issue?
