I submitted an inquiry via email on June 1st, and since I didn't get a response, I sent a few more emails over the next few days, but I still haven't received any reply at all... TT

This is urgent because it is related to our corporate account and needs to be checked quickly. How long does it usually take for the support team to reply?
 

As this is a billing-related issue, I would be extremely, extremely grateful if you could review it and respond at your earliest convenience.

Please help us with this matter. Thank you very much.
