Hi Figma Support,
I accidentally purchased a new Professional subscription because I misunderstood how team collaboration and paid seats work.
I thought each designer needed to create a separate account and purchase a separate Professional plan in order to edit shared design files together.
After completing the purchase, I realized that the correct setup should be to keep my existing Professional team and add additional Full seats to my main account/team instead.
My intended setup is:
- One existing Professional team
- 8 Full seats total for 8 designers
- All designers editing together inside the same team
This was an accidental billing setup mistake. I would like to request a refund or billing credit for the wrongly purchased Professional subscription/paid seats, so I can return to the correct setup and purchase the additional Full seats under my main Professional team.
I understand that subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but I hope Figma can review this as an accidental purchase/misunderstanding during setup.
Could someone from Figma Support please help review this case or contact me privately for invoice and billing details?
