Hi Figma Support team,
I'm reaching out regarding a subscription issue with Figma Weavy.
My team lead recently purchased a paid plan, but the subscription was registered under their account instead of mine. I'm the only person on our team who will be using Figma Weavy, so a Team plan doesn't make sense for us — only an individual plan assigned to me is needed.
Could you help with one of the following options:
- Transfer the subscription from my lead's account to my account
- Issue a refund to the original payment method so we can repurchase the plan under the correct account
The subscription was purchased recently and hasn't been actively used yet, so I hope a resolution is possible.
Please let me know what additional information you need to proceed.
