Is the design system (variables, components, text styles) created inside a Figma Sites file publishable for other Figma Design or Site files to use?I’m trying to recreate a site in Figma Sites, and wondering if I should build DS inside the Site file or if I should build in an external Figma Design file, publish, and connect to the Figma Site file to use.(Optional Question)What’s the compatibility between Figma Design & Figma Sites in terms of library sharing, and what are the pros, cons, best practices?

im a beginner on figma and i was tryna create the fade in animation for the web page im making. the animation works as, when user scrolls through the page the elements slowly fade in. n this is supposed to work like in a sequence. ive tried following tutorials and even used ai for help but the results i get were either it wont work or everything wd fade in althogether which isnt what i actually want. so idk how to make it work.

Figma on macOS; happens when switching from another app/window and directly selecting text inside a nested layer.  Focus another app, e.g. Claude/ChatGPT. Switch to Figma by using Command/Ctrl + double click direct selection to target text inside a nested layer/component. The text caret or text highlight appears in Figma. Start typing. Expected: Typing should edit the selected text in Figma immediately.Actual: Keystrokes go to the previously focused app instead of Figma, even though Figma visually indicates text-edit mode.Frequency: ALWAYS but reproducible only through the direct-select path, not always through normal double-click editing. Video attached.

Hi Figma Support,I'm experiencing an issue where the Figma desktop app fails to launch on my Windows machine. The app shows the Figma logo briefly then closes immediately.System info:OS: Windows 11 (Version 10.0.26200.8457) GPU: AMD Radeon 780M Graphics GPU Driver: 26.5.2 (released 12/05/2026) Figma version: 126.4.10Error from command line: The app crashes with repeated GPU process errors and the following fatal message: FATAL: GPU data manager – GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye.When opening a file, the app shows: "We can't open this file because we're having trouble with WebGL."Workaround I found: The app only launches when using these flags: --disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer --no-sandboxHowever, even with these flags, WebGL is unavailable and design files cannot be opened.This issue appeared suddenly — the app was working fine the day before without any changes on my end. I suspect a recent Figma update may have introduced a compatibility issue with AMD Radeon 780M drivers

I have a promblem that has been going on for a few weeks now where I use for example a button that has a while hovering interaction on it. The button comes from a component set where I have different types and sizes of my buttons.I preview the buttons starts acting up and when looking at the prototype tab interactions has been added to the button that was not there before. Example: I add the default button that only has while hovering as interaction. I change the size to medium and the type to outline. When looking at the prototype tab interactions has been stacked and the button is trying to go between the large and medium hover state at the same time.This is super annoying since I can’t trust my preview and needs to explain to customers that it’s bug within figma that causes my design to look crazy. This dosn’t happen all the time but there is something wrong with the interactions and states for me. Hi there,I am on the Figma Pro plan.Until recently there were two full seats paid annually on our subscription, and I as an admin, was a monthly user. (I have not checked settings in while and don’t understand how I as admin was a monthly rather than an annual user)I have deleted the users on the annual seats, but am not able move myself from a full seat on a monthly plan to a full seat on the annual plan, even though there are currently no annual plan users. Please let me know how I can do this.I also want to know what the amount will be for the annual plan going forward, with just me as one person with an annual seat.Thank you!

Hello, My Figma file color profile is set to "Assign to Display P3". The export color profile is set to "P3 (same as file)". But when I export a frame (JPEG or PNG), some colors don't match between the original Figma frame and the exported file (see HSB values from Figma).  Any idea why? And how I could get the exact same colors? Thank you,Axel  

Hello Figma and Support Team, I made a mistake when trying to add new members to my Professional team and need your help please. I already have one Professional Plan team (on an annual subscription), and wanted to buy an additional 8 seats within this plan. However, instead of adding a seat to my existing team, I mistakenly purchased brand new, separate Professional plans (also on an annual subscription). This means I am now paying for 9 independent subscriptions for the same team, and none of them can edit team projects. I would like to transfer the new plans to full seats within the existing original professional account please. I have already emailed Figma Support about this multiple times, however I have not received a response. Please could you either transfer the professional plans to seats within the existing professional plan and I will pay the difference, or refund the plans and allow me to purchase the full seats as normal. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi EveryoneI’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 3 days… I have a figjam board where I gather all relevant links to Figma files for a project I’m working on.. It was going fine, until it stopped pasting Figma link and create the Figma file widget.It loads for a few seconds, then nothing happens.  Link to Figma File widget exampleI though it was an issue due to the large size of my FigJam board, or the size of the Figma file I was linking. But no, it doesent work even with brand new boards and empty Figma files. Also refreshed the cache…. No luck at all  

Hey, I’ve got a problem. I want to publish my website in Figma Make, but it says the file is under review, and because of that I can’t publish my project to a Figma domain.How can I fix this?

It’s been a few days since the table row component I had created started having issues. Both in the canvas—when it renders, it sometimes changes the fixed sizes I had set to other random fixed sizes—and sometimes, when you double-click down to the slot layer, it automatically fixes itself.Sizes inside slots break automatically.Here, for example, I had a fixed size of 255, and out of nowhere Figma changes it to 612.And there’s also another bug when I’m in the navigable prototype preview mode, where this behavior is reproduced even though it’s already correct on the canvas—for example, when triggering the while hovering interaction, it fixes itself.Here, row 1 has the hover state; I need to move the mouse pointer over all of them for it to display correctly.
