Cant edit figma files

i am admin,full seat,my team invited me but i cannot edit any file without “ask to edit”,other members didnt have any problems

    Thanks for the details! Since other members aren't affected, let's narrow down where this is coming from. Please try first the following:

    1. Confirm you're signed in with the same email address that was invited to the team.
    2. Open one of the affected files and check Share to see what permission is currently assigned to you.
    3. Ask a team admin or the file/project owner to check whether you have Can edit access to the project or file. If the project has restricted permissions, being a team member or admin may not automatically give you edit access to the files inside it.
    4. Check whether this happens with all files in the team or only files within a specific project (this helps narrow down whether it's a project-level issue)

    If none of this resolves it, this would need a closer look from our team. Please submit a bug report via the Support Hub / Type “Report a bug, Contact an agent” / Click Start a chat and select Enter and follow the prompts.
