Sorry to hear about the trouble. This sounds familiar. Does what you're encountering match what other designers have described in this thread: "You are not allowed to copy this file" but I own the file? Would you mind checking the replies from ​@no_regrets and ​@Corrine_Morita near the end and letting me know if that helps you move forward?

If that doesn't clear things up, it would help to know:

1. which browser you're using
2. whether you're seeing an error message (a screenshot would be great), and
3. take a closer look at the file where this is happening.

You can share the file securely via the Support Hub → Start a chat → type "Report a bug", and include your impacted file by sharing it with support-share@figma.com with view access. That allows us to reproduce and investigate — please keep us posted. 🙏🏻

Hi, there is no issue on writting in english, to be honest the thing with reloading the page is that sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn’t, anyways, for now it is just as how they decribe it, just now, it did start working again, but itr not like its the first time and I insist that it doesn’t function always, apart of that, it is a relief, that I'm not the only one, thanks for connecting the conversation, and for answering.

I know maybe it is to much but Can I ask if maybe you'll be able doing the prototipe, the visualization of it at least make it works without internet, maybe the possibility to download it or a function to make it offline…. I know this is only a forum but it would be amazing for the next figma config.

Hi again ​@Vane.UXUI, thanks for confirming — that's helpful! The fact that it clears on reload sometimes but not always is useful signal. If it keeps cropping up, do send the file our way through the Support Hub so we can look at your specific setup.

On presenting a prototype without a connection, while offline editing isn’t possible, the option for viewing the presentation is available. While you're online, click Present, open the options menu, then toggle on Advanced settings → Make available offline. Once "Available to present while offline" shows up in the header with the checkbox icon, keep that tab open and you can present without internet. Steps here: Present prototypes offline.

If what you had in mind is closer to downloading a prototype or working offline more broadly, that's a bigger feature request and not something I have news on. If you have more to share on how this would improve your workflow, Suggest a Feature is the right place for it — the team tracks requests there. 📊
