Hi,I currently have two Figma accounts:My personal account, where I have all of my projects. A second account using my university email, which has the Figma Education plan.I'd like to use the Education benefits on my personal account instead.Is there any way to transfer my Education status to my personal account?Also, if transferring isn't possible, can I change the email address on my Education account to my personal email and then apply for Figma Education again using my university email without any issues? Or would I permanently lose my Education benefits?What would be the recommended approach in this situation?Thanks!

Hey Figma Community, I have been working on a big project, and creating it using Figma Make; with the full professional seat. there are a total of 1809 versions created on it right now, but I am stuck with this “Too many prompts, try again soon” message, in every figma make file, either creating from scratch or the same file. What could be the potential fix for this? I have reached out to support multiple times seeking a resolution, but it feels like they've gone completely silent. I canceled my subscription, downgrading from professional to Free—it’s easy to subscribe to Figma, but canceling feels like an arduous task, with the cancellation link buried deep and hard to find.Nevertheless, I can't shake the feeling that their helpdesk isn’t even truly reading our full queries. Looking into my previous requests, it appears they have marked the issue as resolved—yet I was never refunded for June. I love Figma, but the quality of their after-sale support has become a nightmare. I sincerely hope they address my issue soon and restore my faith.

Figma Motion says MP4 at 2x in high with 60fps will export at 4.2 MB, but the exported video file is only 124 KB with very poor quality 

Native Dev Mode annotations are valuable sources of context that get lost for anything using the MCP. Figma Config 2026 introduced the new feature that lets you generate your own plugins. In one of the demo videos, there's an example where images are arranged in an ellipse.I've been trying to recreate that layout using the generated plugin, but I haven't been able to get close, even after experimenting with different prompts and plugin settings.Has anyone managed to recreate this effect? If so, could you share the prompts or instructions you gave the agent to generate a plugin that produces this kind of image arrangement? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi :) Yesterday, everything was absolutely fine. After today's update to MacOs Tahoe 26.5.2 Figma in Firefox doesn't see any fonts. The problem doesn't occur in Safari. Ofc I have my fonts agent installed and I tried deleting cookies. What can I do, please? Many thanks!*UPDATE - Solved after uninstalling and reinstalling Figma Font Agent, if any one experiences the same issue. All good now, topic can be closed.

Hi, I’m using the brush option for my stroke and it looks basically perfect minus one point where the stroke tapers.  I’m using the brush “blockbuster” and have the uniform width profile, which I thought would make it uniform all around but you can see the top right corner is not quite flush in width. Is there any workaround to this? 

New to Figma.I have a section consisting of 5 cards (image, headline, body copy, and background rectangle for each card).In the editor, the section displays correctly and fits within the page width.After publishing, the cards are rendered far apart across the page, with one card pushed to the far right and the others separated from the container.Troubleshooting performed:All elements were regrouped into a single group. Issue persists after publishing. Converting the group to Auto Layout (Shift-A) made the layout worse and redistributed elements into a grid. Individual elements within the section are shown as Position: Absolute. Relative is unavailable (grayed out). The parent section is also shown as Position: Absolute. Please shoot me. I made the box grey here so you can see how I organized the cards. I had to attach how it’s displaying - but basically the boxes are allover the place. I am new - please explain like you’re explaining to a dummy. Use baby Figma language I can understand

I created a FigJam file and the Figma Make AI feature appeared only once when the file was first created. After that, the AI option disappeared and I can no longer find the star icon or any button related to Figma Make inside the FigJam file. I need help understanding why the Figma Make AI feature is not showing anymore and how to access it again.

Hi all, I’m using n8n to trigger automation when a new file version is manually created in my team.I’ve used other Figma webhooks with success but FILE_VERSION_UPDATE seems pretty inconsistent. I’ve had it triggered 2+ hours after a version is created, or no response at all.Is it a known issue? If yes, can we have a deadline on its resolve?

I'm trying to merge a branch back into my main file and it keeps failing with the generic "Something went wrong… our team is looking into it" error. I've tried a few times with the same result, and status.figma.com shows everything operational, so it doesn't seem to be an outage.The branch contains a large set of changes. The branch and main file are both still intact the merge simply won't complete.

It seems to be caused by memory overload.I have already tried:Restoring from version history, but after I click Restore, nothing happens.Opening the file with &thumbnails-only=1, but it still does not work.Trying to open it again in both browser and desktop app, but the file remains stuck during loading.After I select an older version and click Restore, the page does not refresh, I do not see any error message, and the file does not roll back to the selected version.The file has multiple collaborators and contains a large number of high-resolution images.Since the file contains private work materials, I would prefer not to share the file link publicly. Could a Figma Support Specialist advise how I can share the file link privately, or help escalate this for recovery?Thank you.
