Hi there, thanks for flagging this and for the screenshot! Since this involves your account details, our support team is best equipped to confirm exactly what this charge is for and whether any action is needed on your end.

I can confirm that our support team as received your support case (#2112768) via your email address txx6@gxx.xxm. I've gone ahead and escalated this internally so the team can look into it for you. The team will be in touch soon, thanks for your patience in the meantime. 🙏

Update: Good news, the support team replied to you! Sharing here in case you haven’t seen it.

Your cancellation was submitted after the subscription had already renewed for the current billing period. Normally, when a Professional subscription is canceled after renewal, the cancellation is scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period. At that point, the team is downgraded to the free Starter plan.

In your case, this meant the Professional subscription was originally scheduled to remain active until September 27, 2026, which is why the renewal invoice continued to appear as outstanding.

The support team has now canceled your plan and voided the open invoice so you will no longer receive billing notifications. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reply directly via your support case, and your ticket will reopen automatically. I’ll go ahead and close the topic here!

Just another user here, not Figma staff, but this comes up a lot so maybe I can save you some time.

"Overdue" usually means a payment attempt failed, not that the cancellation didn't go through. The thing to check is the date. Cancelling normally takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, so if that August 27 invoice covers a month before your cancellation kicked in, the system still sees it as owed. If it's for a period after you cancelled, that's a genuine billing error.

Either way, nobody on the forum can touch your account, so you'll need to open a support ticket through the help center with the invoice number and a screenshot like the one you posted. Mention clearly that you cancelled and when. In my experience that gets sorted, it's just not instant. And yeah, no live chat as far as I know, it's all ticket based.
