Want to change email and did not receive a verification email to my current one

Bonjour, Je suis actuellement scolarisée à Gobelins Paris et ai la possibilité de bénéficier d’une licence éducation. J’avais fait la demande il y a quelques mois pour l’obtenir, mais depuis rien n’a changé et je suis toujours en version gratuite. Lorsque je réessaye de rentrer mes informations, j’ai un message qui me dit que j’ai déjà envoyé la demande. Pouvez-vous résoudre ce problème ? Merci d’avance.

I am unable to log into my company's Figma account after my long leave. It asked for an authentication code or sent an SMS for two-factor authentication. However, I am unable to receive an authentication SMS on my phone.Since my work account got blocked, can not login post my topic, I used my personal account to add a comment to the ticket.I already opened a support ticket (#1815278 with my working account) on your official support website long time. But I haven’t received any response yet in my work inbox. Could you please help check on this and escalate this issue with our support team to get this fixed for on priority?

I am not getting any respones or new tickets raised for quite a simple issue.

Hi Figma Team,I am writing to report a critical issue with the code generation feature for React. There is a persistent compatibility/import error being generated in the code (specifically failing to resolve "motion/react" in Vite).Because of this specific React connection issue, the AI attempted to resolve the error multiple times in a loop. As a result, it consumed all of my available AI credits, and the error still persists.To keep my website running, I had to completely revert to a previous version. However, this means I am now entirely blocked. If I try to make any new changes or updates to the page, the system triggers the exact same React error, fails to compile, and unfairly consumes more credits without applying the updates.Summary of the impact: Bug: Generated code fails with Vite internal server errors regarding motion/react.

Hi, would love any help and support possible from the community. I have been using Figma Make constantly for the past 3 months to build an app idea that I have.  Yesterday at 5pm PST figma Make stopped accepting my prompts, it goes from “Thinking”, to “Summarizing chat history….” and then times out with a internet connection error.  My internet is working great, speed tested using other apps.  I am still connected to Supabase and the app still displays and works on the figma screen.  I can’t use the AI Chat at all and am at a standstill.I also noticed yesterday in Figma Make that after my prompts and Figmas response, I use to have a version number of the updated version.  All of a sudden yesterday before this issue I don’t have version numbers anymore.  I have an up thumb, down thumb, and ai icon shat shows how many AI credits I used.Complete side note.  I have been told that my account will start tracking AI credits as of tomorrow.I am not tecnic

Hello,I recently changed the email address linked to my Education plan, and since then all the files in my original personal account have become locked and inaccessible.I would like to either: Transfer the files to my new account, or Change the ownership/email associated with the existing account Could you please advise on the best way to do this?Thank you for your help.

Hi! I just upgraded to pro but was signed in on another email that I don’t use. Can I get a refund as I’m going to sign up on the account I actually use. 

Tried making payment using my Visa card, but I couldn't make the payment. It didn't accept my card for no reason.Please keep alternative payment. gateway because now everything is paid in Figma so if you only accept Visa, Mastercard, or AX credit cards, it's not going to work for all.I'm from India. Please keep UPI payment method, or debit cards. It will help a lot with payment.Common Figma dont  just make money. Think Big.

Hello.I’ve been trying to use Figma MCP via Claude Code but I can’t seem to authenticate it via browser. Kept returning me a 431 HTTP Error. Any fixes for this? Thanks.  

Double-clicking a text layer won’t let me edit it. The layer is not locked. This issue seemed to be resolved in past for other users, but the solution has not been mentioned in the thread. I am first time coming across this issue. Please guide.

Hi Figma Community Support Team, I am the Admin of the Organization " DUALI  " and I need urgent help to **downgrade/cancel our Organization plan** to the Starter (free) plan ASAP.  I contacted at support before renew my plan(17th March), but auto-guide wasn’t helpful for my organization plan - In Admin > Billing, I can see the subscription details but there is **no Downgrade or Cancel button**. - In Organization > Setting > Community, i don't see the same functions on your guide. therefore i need manual assistance to cancel this plan - Please process the cancellation(Refund) of the Organization plan.the invoice number is 236C29EB-0010  my ticket number is 1814596    The system keeps sending me guide with link, which is really frustrating, I need a human support to end this auto renew. and back to free plan Thank you for your ur

Hello, I'm having a problem with Figma Make. I've submitted a support request, and I see that everyone is getting a response, but my request, which I submitted over 30 minutes ago, hasn't been answered.I have two projects with Figma Make. Both of them used to be viewable with the real-time preview, but now they're not. I've sent prompts with Figma Make and spent a lot of tokens, and the project has been edited randomly. Now it's not working at all. I've already sent the URL and shared my "CAN EDIT" project with Figma support, and I don't know if I have a support ticket number. I'm having a major problem developing a web application with Figma Make. Everything was working perfectly up to version 13, and currently, it's been a waste of tokens with no real solution. I've lost over 348 credits due to this issue, which has only generated more errors. I'm trying to restore my editor view in Figma, but I keep getting an M2 error. I've refreshed the page, cleared cookies for over 24 hours, and restarted my browser and computer, but the problem persists. I don't want to do anything else until I get a solution. I've only been using this product for less than 48 hours, and this problem has already occurred.

I would like to be able to add my entire design system to Figma Make. I have two packages: my component library and my icon library. Both are on different scopes. My component library depends on the icon library and will not work without it. Is there a way we can have the ability to add more than one scope?

My company is on the Professional plan with 'Collab' access. I would like to know if using the 'Anyone with the link can edit' sharing option incurs any extra costs under this plan

HyyI am not getting preview of design which is made by figma make AI , i have created many design but suddenly i am not able to see preview at all, it showing black or empty , i can see all code but not able to see preview ui .can you please make this correction 

I submitted Claude Canvas 3 weeks ago, still no updates on timeline. Every time I ask, I get a non-committal vague reply from the support team.  What is going on with their approval process? Figma is become such a bottleneck. Anyone here with recent plugin approval experience? 

Is anyone else having issues with contacting support to resolve issues on their subscription? I’ve reached out to support twice and each time they transfer me to sales but no one follows up. It’s been almost a month of trying to reduce the number of seats on my org subscription before it gets renewed. Any advice on how I can get this resolved ASAP? I really don’t want to get charged again.

La cosa peggiore è che, nonostante l'addebito sia avvenuto, il mio account risulta ancora nel piano Starter (Free), impedendomi di fatto di utilizzare le funzionalità Pro per cui ho pagato.Qualcuno ha avuto un’esperienza simile? Sapete se c'è un modo rapido per risolvere? L’unico modo che ho è di non tenere i soldi sulla carta sulla quale addebitano, ma mi sembra assurdo visto che avevo richiesto il downgrade del piano.Grazie in anticipo per l'aiuto!

Hey all, I am finally getting round to trialing out Code Connect, Figma MCP and the like to see how it all works and if there are any noticeable benefits to these features for my wider team.I had some issues initially setting up, but have finally gotten to the point where I can connect them to GitHub, for testing  purposes I am using the Figma Design System and corresponding coded components. However when connected, I get this error, and I am unsure how to fix it. Has anyone come across this before, and any advice on how to resolve? Thanks!
