I sent several requests for sales team to contact me several days ago and they never get back to me. I left both email and phone number. I am concern that A) I do not pick up calls from unregistered callers and I want to make sure that the Figma Sales be registered under the caller’s phone number B) I may be in a meeting if they finally call me. Is there a way to schedule a call so I can make sure I am available at the time of call?Is there a way to send an email to sales to get a short response before sales call?

Hello Fellow Figmers, I am giving a presentation where I have a few slide on a Figma Slides deck for a group presentation. Part of my prototype requires me to reset the prototype during the presentation to go through several flows from the same start point. It appears in online explainers that it is simply pressing “r” (which is my go to if im presenting a prototype the non-slides way, and in that scenario it works fine!). No go! it doesn’t work! I press “r” while on the slide with the prototype (i am using Macbook Air as the overlay option) and it utterly doesnt work. For some dumb reason, if I hit R enough times (like 3 times?) it DOES reset the whole PRESENTATION (not desired effect!!!). to not be able to reset an embedded prototype in a presentation seems like a big miss and I hope theres some way you folks may know of to get around this issue? I may have to make a hidden square on each prototype frame to bring the prototype back to first frame… but I really shouldnt have to do thi

The update now has a preview of the element in the layers, but I noticed that now I can't see which component is the parent and which is the child. Previously, the corresponding icon was visible in the layers, but now nothing is clear.

I was just trying out the new Figma Sites feature and I used a bunch of different fonts.When I tried to preview the site or publish it, every font is getting changed to default Arial font. None of my used fonts are getting loaded. Kindly fix this otherwise the whole Figma Sites feature will become useless.

When I use Material Symbols and reduce the size the outline will shrink according to the icons overall size. When using icons that are strokes (unlike Material Symbols) they shrink keeping the stroke size which is too think. If I use the scale tool it works. But I am using an Icon wrapper with different sizes. Is there a way to get the stroked icons to work in a icon wrapper resizing down?Thanks!

Hey everyone,I've been experiencing a persistent bug with the Scale tool (K) that's significantly interrupting my workflow.Here's how it normally works and where the bug occurs: Expected Behavior (Working as intended): I press K to activate the Scale tool. I scale the object. I press Escape or Enter to apply the changes. The tool works perfectly. The Bug: I press K to activate the Scale tool. I scale the object. Instead of pressing Enter/Escape, I click anywhere else on the canvas to deselect the object or shift focus. (This is where I suspect the tool enters a 'limbo' state; the panel reverts to normal, but the scale tool isn't properly closed, even though this behavior worked fine previously.) When I then try to use the Scale tool (K) again on any object, the anchor point squares (the small boxes that control the scaling origin) turn grey, and the tool completely stops functioning. I am the owner of the file. The file was originally stored in the team's project. It seems that it was moved to a personal project by a former employee (not sure), but the employee is no longer in the company. Although the file can still be opened and edited, it cannot be located and cannot be moved.We have tried all the accounts in the attached picture. We want to return the file to the correct location, but we cannot move it.

Is it possible with the Figma API to get the json of a file from a specific branch

Hi everyone, I’m working as a Design System Designer in a large organization, and I’m setting up a starter Figma file that Product Designers can duplicate to begin their work immediately, with all the correct libraries already activated (core components, design tokens, etc.). The goal is simple: designers should be able to duplicate this starter file and start working without having to reconfigure or manually activate libraries. I created the starter file in a shared team project and made sure the required libraries were activated. However, when someone duplicates the file (via right-click > Duplicate or Duplicate to Drafts), all the library connections are lost. Designers then have to go to the Assets panel and re-enable the libraries manually, which is exactly what I’m trying to avoid. I also tried:  Placing the starter file in a shared project and giving “Can view” access → duplication still loses the libraries. Publishing the file publicly in Community is not an option for int

Did anybody face library publishing issues in the last days too?Setup:Organisation planmultiple Figma teams central Figma libraries Team releated Libraries based on central libraryIssues:publishing a library inside of a Figma team (and explicitly not on the whole organisation) was partly published to the whole org files pulled and updated just parts of it automatically which caused havoc in files.I had in past the impression that publishing in teams only is kind of buggy. But this time is caused serious damage as a test version was released in a whole company and was pulled (in parts) automatically from design files (I don’t even know how this is possible lol)Does anybody had similiar experiences and found a way to prevent this?Branches are not a big hekp in this to be honest.

Setup: Foundations library which contains all color variables (and currently 4 modes, 1 deleted mode (The Grape Brand)). The Foundations library is used in a Components library and several design files The Components library is also used in the same design files Issue When i’m in my Components file and select variable mode on page level it shows 5 modes (4 current and 1 old mode) and except for the default mode it shows exclamations marks behind all of them. When i’m in the Components file but select a layer and change the mode on layer level I see the 4 correct modes and no exclamation marks. If I open a design file which uses both the Components and Foundations library I get the 4 correct modes and no exclamation marks on both page and layer level. It’s not that big an issue that I cannot change the mode on page level for the Components library file but i’d rather have it resolved. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Especially why the mode “The Grape Brand” is still showin

I have one Figma file that includes multiple projects.Each project has its own set of variables and design tokens.I noticed that even when I use different collections and scopes, the tokens are still visible across the entire file.Is there a way to completely separate or hide variables between projects inside the same file?Or should I create separate files/libraries for each project to manage them cleanly?
