Question

Images won't show up in preview

As seen in the preview, when you go to the next pages, the images disappear even though I already put all of the images and they are all visible in the editing page, what’s happening?

Hey @RKOMississippi , Celine from the Figma Community Support team here, thanks for sharing the link! I gave it a look and the images are loading fine on my end when going through the pages, so this might be specific to your setup or to a particular page.

    Could you tell me:

    • Which specific page(s) are showing this Is it every page after the first, or only certain ones?
    • Does it happen in the browser, the desktop app, or both?

In the meantime, a couple of things to try:

    • Force-quit and reopen Figma, then revisit those pages.
    • Try navigating to the affected page directly in the editor first (not via Present mode) to make sure it's fully loaded, then re-enter Present mode.
    • Please also try in different browser or incognito browser to see if the issue still appears.
If it only appears in a specific browser, please make sure to disable your browser extension one by one to see if that helps (as it could interfer with image rendering in Figma).
I also suggest reviewing this guide from our Help Center with tips on troubleshooting network issues: Technical Troubleshooting Tips
    • Duplicate the file and check if the same pages still show missing images in the duplicate.

If this doesn't resolve it, we'd like our team to take a closer look. To do that, go to the Support Hub / Type "Report a bug, Contact an agent" / Click Start a chat and select Enter / In the form, include the URL of the file and grant "Can View" access to support-share@figma.com and attach a screen recording of the issue. This allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate, thanks!
