Hi everyone, I’m on the Professional plan and reached my monthly AI credit limit that comes with it. I purchased an additional 5,000 AI credits, but Figma still says I’ve reached my limit and shows 29 days until reset. I’m unable to use Figma agent for my current project that I’m working on.
I’ve confirmed that the credits were added to the correct team and checked the AI credit settings, including custom limits and access to paid credits, but I’m still unable to use Figma Agent.
My plan also renews today. Shouldn’t the monthly credits included with my plan refresh and be available alongside the extra 5,000 credits I purchased?
I’m attaching a screenshot. Has anyone experienced this, or can someone help explain why the purchased credits aren’t available and when the monthly credits should refresh?
