Remove Education Plan from my account

Hi there! Celine from the Figma Community Support team here. I understand you'd like to remove your Education status from your account. There isn't currently a self-serve option to do this from your account settings, this  needs to be handled by our support team directly.

I can see you've already submitted a support case for this. I've gone ahead and escalated it internally for review, so it gets picked up soon. Please continue the conversation through your existing ticket, and someone from our team will follow up with you there. For reference, your support case is 2118908.

Just a heads up, once removed, your account will be downgraded to Starter plan features and limits. You can find more on that here: Upgrade or downgrade your plan. Thanks for your patience!

I just wanted to ask if the Education status removal and downgrade to the Starter plan can be completed today. I’d really appreciate it if this could be done today, if possible.
